INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Flazio S.R.L. unipersonale, with registered office at Via G. Mazzini 2, San Giovanni La Punta (95037 CT), VAT number 05021040877, as Data Controller, wishes to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the current national legislation, about the processing of your personal data.

When you register on the Flazio platform and accept the terms and conditions of use.
When you use the services offered by Flazio for managing your business.
When you contact us for customer support or interact with Flazio for any informational request.

Flazio collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

Identification data: name, surname, tax code or VAT number.
Contact data: email address, phone number.

Flazio does not collect or process sensitive data (e.g., health data, religious beliefs, political opinions).

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Facebook: Directly or via API accesses information present in users' Facebook profiles, including user ID, name, profile picture, friend list, and other information. Processing takes place in the United States. Facebook's privacy policy.
Mailgun: Used for managing mailing lists and sending newsletters. Processes information such as name, surname, email. Processing takes place in the United States. Mailgun's privacy policy.
Google Cloud Storage: Cloud hosting platform that collects information necessary for the proper functioning of the site. Processing takes place in Ireland. Google's privacy policy.
Google reCAPTCHA: Anti-spam protection service used to prevent website abuse. Collects cookies and usage information. Processing takes place in Ireland. Google reCAPTCHA's privacy policy.
Flazio Stats: Statistical analysis service that collects information about site visitors, including cookies and usage data. Processing takes place in Ireland. Flazio's privacy policy.
Additionally, third-party services for Live Chat, Hosting, Newsletter, and Contact Form collect information necessary for communication, support, and provision of requested services.

Transfer of information from the EU and/or Switzerland to the United States
Some of the aforementioned third-party services, such as Facebook, Mailgun, and others, may transfer personal information from the EU or Switzerland to the United States in accordance with the EU-US or Swiss-US Privacy Shield, ensuring an adequate level of data protection. Data retention
Your personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 10 years after its termination, to fulfill legal obligations. Data related to marketing will be retained until consent is withdrawn. Platform usage data may be retained in anonymous form for statistical purposes. At the end of the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized.

Data communication and dissemination
